Scaffolding

When decorating the outside of properties it may be necessary to have scaffolding erected for part or all areas to enable safe access to high areas or to bridge lower areas.

Most work can be done from ladders however sometimes work can be carried out quicker and safer with the aid of scaffolding or a movable tower.

I will advise you if your property requires scaffolding during the estimate, I will submit my estimate to you and should you be happy with it I will then instruct a local scaffolding company to come and carry out a site survey. I will then advise you in writing of the costs involved.

I will be at your property when the scaffolding is erected and only when you are happy with the work will I arrange for the scaffolding to be removed.

Scaffolding is not always as expensive as you may think, as I use it quite often I can get better rates than most and will be happy to pass on these savings.
